IMAGINATIVE THOUGHT & CONVERSATION STUDIO
INNOVATIVE VENTURE LAB

From our Founder & Chairman
DOUG WILSON
Since our founding in 2006, we've been co-creating with other entrepreneurs and investors around ideas and opportunities for innovation and imaginative/redemptive entrepreneurship.
We have three distinctives:
1. Our passion and commitment to liminal spaces, the space between the spaces where opportunities to innovate abound.

2. We are highly founder-centric and generally industry or technology agnostic. The question most often is "Who do we want to go on a long, long journey with to have a substantive impact on a vexing problem?"
3. We are known as incessantly curious people who, in equal measure, always respect and honor people, past, present, and future.
Our two favorite questions across all three platforms are "Why not?" and "How might we?"

We'd be delighted to have a conversation.

Where We're Involved
Within the three areas, there are multiple past and active projects. Our active portfolio includes investments in over a dozen ventures, over two dozen conversations in the studio, and two projects in the venture lab.

Part of our investment portfolio, Lost Valley was the initial partnership for us in redemptive entrepreneurship and investing over 20 years ago.
"Fresh mountain air, idyllic green pastures, and crystal-clear fishing waters are yours at Lost Valley Ranch. Our Colorado dude ranch is the epitome of the Old West, where guests come to connect with the outdoors and each other. Horseback riding, quiet hikes, and so much more make for memories of a lifetime."
Venture Lab
We love co-creating and innovating on the "outer edges" of existing opportunity. In the innovative venture lab work, we invest resources of all types: financial, relational, and intellectual. Our intent is for all the co-creators to experience the wonder and opportunity that comes from asking the simple question of "what if."
North End is an innovative and dynamic community, located just north of the Arts & Design district in Downtown Carmel. A community unlike any other that includes multi-family living like townhomes, apartments, and condos as well as custom single-family homes all centered around an urban farm. A farm-to-table restaurant will serve as a landmark within the development, allowing for the community to give and receive from their local environment.

Thought & Conversation Studio
The Estuarian is a place for poetry, essays, and conversations that cultivate faithful attention. Rooted in a redemptive imagination, it explores the intersections of faith, work, beauty, place, and human flourishing. Each poem serves as a seed—inviting readers to slow down, see truthfully, love faithfully, create courageously, and participate more fully in God’s ongoing work of making all things new.
